1. What services do you offer at Lotus Natural Wellness?

We provide an integrative menu focused on energy and holistic therapies, including EESystem™ sessions, oxygen-bar treatments, customized massage and bodywork, holistic skin care, Bio-Well energetic assessments, and personalized lifestyle coaching. Each service is designed to work either on its own or in synergy with others to support whole-body balance.

2. How do I book an appointment, and how far in advance should I schedule?

You can reserve your session online through our secure booking portal or by calling our reception team during business hours. Popular time slots (evenings and weekends) fill quickly, so we recommend booking one to two weeks in advance. Same-day openings occasionally appear—feel free to check!

3. What should I expect during my first visit?

On arrival, you’ll complete a brief wellness intake so we can tailor your experience. For most services, comfortable clothing is fine; for massage or skin care you’ll have time to change in a private treatment room. We encourage you to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, sip herbal tea, and begin unwinding.

4. Is the Oxygen Bar safe for everyone?

Our 95 % pure oxygen sessions are generally safe, relaxing, and noninvasive. However, if you have a chronic lung condition, are on oxygen therapy at home, or are pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can confirm suitability with your primary healthcare provider.

5. How does the EESystem™ differ from other energy therapies?

The EESystem™ combines scalar and photon energy fields in a controlled environment to promote cellular rejuvenation, improved sleep, and enhanced mental clarity. Unlike single-modality treatments, the system envelops the whole body in a multi-wave field, allowing you to simply relax in a lounge chair while your body does the energetic “reset.”

6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens. Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more before your appointment incur no fee. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a 50 % service charge may apply. This policy helps us honor our practitioners’ time and offer openings to those on the wait-list.
